In my opinion, #7 Justin Bieber is a joke, but he's the flavor of the moment. Christian Bale as you say anonymous, is an unforgivable missing from the list, as well as Emile Hirsch, Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Paul Rudd, etc.
