Congrats to Sean Penn for his S.A.G. Award, the next step is an Oscar Award. His performance as Harvey Milk in "Milk" was the best one I've seen this year.

And I am so happy for Sean. I cried.
I cried at some moments watching Sean in "Milk" (and it's not very usual a performance has such effect on me). He deserved this award, congrats!
