Jake Gyllenhaal attends "Love & other drugs" AFI Fest Premiere on 4th November, 2010 in Los Angeles
“In a way, I think it made it easier—going through the journey of not only making [‘Brokeback Mountain’] but then the response of the audiences brought us all very close. That’s a very tight-knit group that remains so to this day. But [‘Love and Other Drugs’ director] Ed [Zwick] took it to another level here. We worked for 8 days on ‘Brokeback Mountain’ and this was months. Beyond that, it’s our love story in this movie.Sometimes there’s just chemistry between people. I remember vibing with [Anne] since the minute we started working. Not only as actors but intellectually, too. We all kind of had this weird intellectual orgy.” —Jake Gyllenhaal speaks at the “Love and Other Drugs” press conference about reuniting with Anne Hathaway, and how having a history with her made it easier to do the difficult and often naked scenes in the flick". New Tron Legacy Trailer Is A 2:32 Visual Orgy:
TRON: LEGACY Official Trailer # 3
TRON: LEGACY is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that's unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), a rebellious 27-year-old, is haunted by the mysterious disappearance of his father Kevin Flynn (Oscar®- and Golden Globe®-winner Jeff Bridges), a man once known as the world's leading video-game developer. When Sam investigates a strange signal sent from the old Flynn's Arcade—a signal that could only come from his father—he finds himself pulled into a digital world where Kevin has been trapped for 20 years. With the help of the fearless warrior Quorra (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-or-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe—a universe created by Kevin himself that has become far more advanced with never-before-imagined vehicles, weapons, landscapes and a ruthless villain who will stop at nothing to prevent their escape. Presented in Disney Digital 3D™ and scored by Grammy Award®-winning electronic music duo Daft Punk, TRON: LEGACY hits U.S. theaters on Dec. 17, 2010 in Disney Digital 3D™ and IMAX® 3D.
"Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts--twenty miles north of Boston--is the oldest and one of the finest prep schools in America. [Humphrey Bogart] He also gave his mistress Verita Peterson a more sober and accurate view of the episode by confessing his academic limitations: "I was a dumb son of a bitch, and if I hadn't got kicked out for drinking, I would have flunked out anyway. I left Andover under duress." Bogart had no fond memories of Trinity, but remained attached to Andover. Despite his disgraceful exit at the end of his senior year, he told a reporter, soon after his son was born: "I hope he goes to Andover, my old school." When criticized, while playing Captain Queeg in The Caine Mutiny, for not acting as a naval officer should, Bogart indignantly defended his behavior and replied: "I went to school at Andover. Are you trying to tell me that Annapolis turns out better gentlemen than Phillips Academy?" Though Bogart never graduated from high school, he received an excellent education at Trinity and Andover and profited by what he had learned. Articulate and quick-witted, he had a good mind and could hold his own with intellectual friends". Source: www.nytimes.com
"The courtship of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall on the set of 'To Have and Have Not' is the stuff of Hollywood legend, but who knew that Bogie and Bacall spent their honeymoon in the Gatehouse of the Inn at Mystic in Mystic, Connecticut? This year would be their 60th anniversary, and the cottage is still available for romantic rendezvous, warmed by salvaged oak paneling, antique English furniture, fireplaces, and charming nooks. Today's couple may not head for Hollywood after the wedding, but they could do worse than follow in the footsteps of silver screen idols who taught us how to whistle". Source: innatmystic.com

Olivia Wilde attends "The Next Three Days premiere" on 9th November in NYC
"Olivia Wilde has never believed in waiting. After graduating from Phillips Academy, in Andover, Massachusetts, she sidestepped college, took the stage name Wilde (yes, after Oscar), and headed west. At 19, following a six-month courtship, she married movie producer and director Tao Ruspoli, the son of the late Italian prince Dado Ruspoli. She is the daughter of Andrew and Leslie Cockburn, the investigative journalists and documentary-film makers, but she rejected the family trade in favor of a career in front of the camera. Breaking out as the provocative bisexual teenager on the television sensation The O.C. and then landing on another Fox hit series, House, she now finds herself, at 26, in the role of Hollywood’s next hot property. In December she will star opposite Jeff Bridges in TRON: Legacy. The first TRON (1982) revolves around hacker Kevin Flynn (Bridges), who is abducted into the virtual world of the computer and forced to fight his way out. Though it wasn’t a box-office smash, it was a forerunner in special effects and became a cult classic. Bridges reprises his role 28 years later. “I got to spend most of my time with Jeff—just learning from him, watching him, and listening to him,” says Wilde, who plays Quorra, his warrior protector. “Being able to shadow him was a master class in acting, and also in behaving.” After TRON, Wilde will appear with Harrison Ford in director Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens. “What’s great is that I don’t have to play the weeping lady in distress,” she says. “I get to play a pretty cool and powerful woman.” She adds, “I love the horses, I love the guns. For an actor, to be in a Western feels almost like a rite of passage. It’s uniquely American.” Source: www.vanityfair.com
Kirsten Dunst as "Marie Antoinette" (2006)
"The bulk of Coppola's "screenplay" deals with the Queen's inability to give her husband a male heir, which is mostly his own damn fault, as he does all he can to postpone the consummation of their marriage as long as possible. How am I supposed to relate to a movie about a dude NOT wanting to bone Kirsten Dunst? Otherwise, it's all about indulging in an orgy of riches and being the subject of endless chatter and gossip around the court. Said court is filled with familiar faces (Marianne Faithfull, Steve Coogan, Molly Shannon, Judy Davis), but only Rip Torn as the salacious Louis XV and Asia Argento as his wonderfully slutty, trashy mistress get to do anything remotely memorable". Ryan Gosling & Kirsten Dunst's Wedding in All Good Things!
Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst share a tumultuous love story in All Good Things and in this clip we get a glimpse of their characters' wedding day. The movie is based on a real-life unsolved NYC murder case and there's a creepy feeling to this snippet and the dark trailer. The unclothed poster shows Ryan and Kristen in bed and while the film clearly takes a turn for the morbid, at least for a moment it's all about kisses and I Dos for the couple. Check it out!

Natalie Portman: 'Perfection in acting is imperfection'
Natalie Portman attends the press conference for the film "Black Swan" at the 35th Toronto Film Festival (15th September 2010).
"The exuberant and talented Natalie Portman is riding high on her incredible and commendable performance in ‘Black Swan’. But the actress has let out that she stays far away from perfect acting.
Getting philosophical and intriguing, she suggests that she always looks to dishing out slightly imperfect performance because the characters she portrays are not well rounded up; rather they themselves have a tinge of imperfection. At 29, she is considered one of the best in the business but if you thought that she seeks perfection, then mind it, it is the perfect imperfection that she desires. She cites, “Perfection in acting is very different. It’s imperfection you’re looking for, because you’re portraying people who are far from perfect."
Natalie, who is in contention for next year’s Oscar awards, also credits her toilsome days in the Harvard University for the hard labour that she put in into her character in Black Swan. She professes that it were her Harvard days that gave her strength and stamina to give her best towards the role. Confident and tact, Natalie surely knows how best to dish out a perfect performance with a hint of imperfection". Source: www.newsxonline.com
Mila Kunis as Lilly in "Black Swan" (2010)
"As the movie progresses, bubbly, frank Lily takes on a menacing, erotically-charged presence in Nina’s mind. Kunis and Portman share an (allegedly tequila-facilitated) sexual encounter that’s as disturbing as it is sexy. Kunis is known best as bitchy-but-loveable Jackie in “That 70s Show,” and with Lily, the actress showcases her skill with comic timing and her contagious smile. In Aronofsky’s hands even Kunis’s graceful ease, so disparate from Nina’s rigidity, becomes ominous. Lily and Nina become interchangeable in Nina’s mind, and her sexual awakening becomes sinister, narcissistic, equally threatening and pleasurable. Cassel’s Leroy is a slimy egotist who abuses his power to sexually manipulate Nina. Nina’s innocence mirrors that of the White Swan, certainly; what’s more interesting is comparing Nina’s arc from virtue to lunacy to Natalie Portman’s career". Source: calitreview.com

"Black Swan is a masterclass in tension. Both achingly beautiful and suddenly, shockingly horrifying to watch, it’s a film that is impossible to look away from – even when everything inside you is telling you to cover your eyes... From the moment [Portman] and her collection of muscles appear on-screen, we can see that every sinew has been pushed to its utmost limit in preparation for this role. And by the end, it’s clear that it’s not only physically that she has been stretched". Source: bestforfilm.com

Jake Gyllenhaal Whips His Hair (BUZZFEED.COM)
Rather than just ask asinine questions or repeat subjects already well-covered by their peers, they ask something stupid about their ‘Favourite Love Song Ever?’; a question to which Hathaway responded ‘Not ‘All Time’, that’s too much pressure’, before saying some song I’d never heard of: the acoustic version of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Hysteric. Gyllenhaal reminds me that he’s the love of my life (he’s funnier than Alexander Skarsgard, most of the time, though a man with abs who makes me laugh may run the risk of making an honest woman of me, someday). He takes a few seconds before sarcastically replying, ‘Whip My Hair’. At which point, both did just that. Hathaway SLAYED me. She was alarmingly good at it. Source: amygrindhouse.com
