Cameron Diaz & Emile Hirsch, candidates for L.A. Candy movie?

Lauren Conrad wants Lo Bosworth in the "L.A. Candy" flick.

"So when it comes to Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner's fictional selves, they have some A-list talent in mind. Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner Pick Who Would Play Them In 'L.A. Candy'?
Cameron Diaz in Marie Claire (UK) - January 2010.

"Oh lord! I don't know if anyone can hold up to that," Cavallari joked to MTV News. "It's a tough job. I don't know if we're going off age. I mean ... I don't know. If we're not going off age, I would say ... I mean, I love Cameron Diaz."
She added that she would happily play Diaz in a flick, so she would hope the actress would do the same for her. "That's who I would want to play in a movie," she said. "So if she could that for me, that would be great."
Brody Jenner, however, had a harder time choosing, mainly because he'd really like to play himself in the film. "Me? I mean, I'd like to play me, realistically," he explained. "But who would I like to play me? Nobody."He then reconsidered his options and made a more viable casting decision. "Let me think about this. ... If I were to think of one person to play me it would have to be ... Emile Hirsch". Jenner has a stupendous taste, and he's so right about Hirsch's gifts in looks and acting departments. Emile has already played several real characters on-screen before in "Lords of Dogtown", "Alpha Dog", "Into the Wild" and "Milk" so far.
Emile Hirsch at "Milk" premiere in L.A., Beverly Hills, CA,

"Emile Hirsch, you are incredible actor. If you were to play anybody, I would appreciate it. He's one of my favorites, even though he's way better looking".

Rachel Weisz excited to work with Robert Pattinson

Rachel Weisz says she's excited to work With Robert Pattinson.

"The ironic thing is, RPattz’s co-star, Oscar winner Rachel Weisz, has plenty of details to dish about the drama but knows virtually nothing about “Twilight”.“Meeting him was vampiric. He sucked my blood,” laughed Weisz, remembering their introduction. “Wait, is he the vampire? He is the vampire, right?” And in “Unbound Captives”, Pattinson is eager to portray a teen living in the Western frontier who was kidnapped by Comanche warriors at a young age; Weisz is slated to play the mother on a mission to get her son back. Co-starring alongside Hugh Jackman, Pattinson told us recently that “Captives” offers him a character who “can’t really be more different from Edward,” the leading man of “Twilight.”“It’s an independent movie, and they are raising the money, so hopefully it’ll happen”, Weisz said of the flick, which will mark the writing and directing debut of veteran actress Madeline Stowe. “I don’t know if it will [be made], but yeah, I’m very excited".“It’s a great screenplay, and [Pattinson and Jackman] are both great actors,” Weisz added of why she is attached to the film. Rian Johnson with Rachel Weisz at "The Brothers Bloom" TIFF Press Conference on 9th November 2008.

“I like to work with all kinds of talented people, whatever the age.”Weisz — who can be seen later this month in director Peter Jackson’s drama “The Lovely Bones” — said another reason she’s eager to work with RPattz is his mystique.
“He wasn’t star-struck. He’s got a whole rebel vibe, right? Yeah, that was his vibe,” she said of their meeting. “He’s kind of iconoclastic. He’s flaunting authority. Yeah, pretty cool.”

Slade talks about Eclipse, Kristen Stewart stills

Kristen Stewart, William Hurt and Eddie Redmayne in "The Yellow Handkerchief" (2008).James Gandolfini and Kristen Stewart in "Welcome to the Rileys" (2010).Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart in "The Runaways" (2010).

"Slade announced that the post-production team was working on reviewing the wolves, saying they are "looking better & better." Slade also stated that the Eclipse team is near to attaining a composer for the film and that the focus of the movie is upon the literal love triangle that exists between Edward (Robert Pattinson), Bella (Kristen Stewart), and Jacob (Taylor Lautner).
Edward seems to be a really strong presence, the intensity of the love story & rivalry between Jacob is in the driving seat.
Jacob & Bella are matching with intensity, & it's all even with the action sequences. Right now we are in a great state of balance. So far, so good then? As many of you have pointed out, the Eclipse story is action-oriented, yes, but its primary focus (and, hopefully, the primary emphasis of the film) is upon the love story that exists between these three". "Zodiac": searching for a killer, banalization of terror, #5 Best Movies Naughties list

Robert Graysmith (Jake Gyllenhaal) shows a defeated smile in "Zodiac" (2007).

5. Zodiac (2007): David Fincher’s film about the search for the Zodiac killer takes its time, which is maybe why it has never received its due from those who didn’t see it in a single sitting at the theater. As the killer is never caught and the decades drag on, the film ultimately becomes largely about the tedium of obsession, something which is lost watching this on cable or in increments on DVD. You’ll never listen to Donovan’s “Hurdy Gurdy Man” again.
John Carroll Lynch is incredibly creepy as the most likely Zodiac suspect, the “banality of evil” personified". Source: thehollywoodinterview.blogspot.com

"Zodiac might have looked like a movie that keeps putting its emphases in the wrong place, instead of communicating as strongly and counter-intuitively as it does that this really is a movie about bottomless bureaucracy (which isn't the same as soullessness, because the production design keeps humanizing the space and individualizing the work stations) and about the dispersal and banalization of terror, as the papers and the flowcharts and the manila files and the guesswork pile up to Sisyphean proportions. The evocation of period comes easily to Burt, or at least he makes it seem so, and if he's refreshingly uninterested in turning the 70s into a joke, he's not without a sense of humor—or have you forgotten those electric-blue cocktails? Extra points for taking such care with more marginal locations like Elias Koteas' police station and the plant where the cops interview John Carroll Lynch and the house where Jake Gyllenhaal almost nabs a suspect (or is, himself, almost nabbed by a suspect)". John Carroll Lynch also played Mr. Livingston, the affable father of Jimmy (Jake Gyllenhaal) in "Bubble Boy" (2001).
