Anne Hathaway, Edward Zwick and Jake Gyllenhaal at Love & Other Drugs NY Premiere on 16th November, 2010
Anne Hathaway wore a white dress by Valentino:
There was already a level of comfort between Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway when they arrived on the set of "Love and Other Drugs." The two had a love scene together in "Brokeback Mountain" and, despite that shoot lasting only eight days, the pair already saw "potential" for another project together.
"I knew Jake was a great guy and that he was a gentleman," Hathaway said in her interview with HitFix. And not that those are two qualities that are required for chemistry on screen, but it certainly helped in "Other Drugs," considering the amount of screen time -- and "the unusual amount of nudity" -- there was in the script.
In fact, the nudity was one factor Hathaway considered before she finally, formally signed on.
"She had questions about the character itself," Gyllenhaal mentioned.
Anne Hathaway jokes around with Bill Hader in these promo videos to promote her appearance on Saturday Night Live on Saturday (November 20).

The Social Network, The Social Contract
Jesse Eisenberg plays Mark Zuckerberg in "The Social Network" (2010) directed by David Fincher.
"Okay, so they like to “build things”. Mark Zuckerberg’s definition of Mark Zuckerberg in itself could be a movie. Most of us don’t see ourselves as we really are. The main difference between The Social Network and Citizen Kane, other than the changing of the names, is that in The Social Network we aren’t really asking the question throughout the film, “why does Mark Zuckerbergh do what he does?” In Citizen Kane, we’re always asking the question, “Who was Charles Foster Kane” and “What was Rosebud?”
Jesse Eisenberg at AFI FEST LA TIMES "YOUNG HOLLYWOOD" Roundtable on 5th November 2010
Since he wants to start in with the Jeff Jarvis-esque jibberjabber about how Hollywood doesn’t understand the tech world; I would submit that the tech world could use a little enlightenment where artistic expression is concerned.

As for Sorkin and Fincher, their job was to look at Zuckerberg’s story, and give us all something to chew on about the world we’re now living in. It goes beyond entertainment, where it succeeds entirely, and into the realm of defining the era of the social network. And here, metaphor is everywhere. Art and technology are still beautiful achievements of the human brain". Source: www.awardsdaily.com
"The FCC adopted the concept of the “Social Contract” on November 30, 1995. It is intended “to provide rate stability, improved quality of service, and incentives for upgrades and system improvements”. Under the contract, cable operators agreed to commit significant capital to upgrade their cable systems and offer what is known as a “cable programming service tier” (CPST), which are basic services and allow subscribers either to rent or purchase a converter box.
The Social Contract was an unstated effort by the FCC to help subsidize the deployment of what Al Gore, in 1991, proposed as the “Information Superhighway.” Under the Social Contract, cable operators would be subsidized so they could build-out their networks to meet the needs of homes, schools, hospitals, libraries, businesses and government offices with advanced optical fiber networks. Gore envisioned that by 2010 all public institutions and 100 million homes would have fast, two-way broadband communications.

“Everyone is happy for Jake. He finally came out of his rut. He took the breakup with Reese very hard and it’s taken him a long time to get over it,” a source tells us exclusively. “He dated in between, but no one has put a smile on his face like Taylor. He’s really on cloud nine. He’s a changed person. No one has struck his heart like Taylor.”Taylor Swfit at Heathrow International Airport, London on 15th November 2010
"Our insider also tells us that Taylor’s favorite time of year will be better than ever thanks to her new beau. “The two are already planning to spend the holidays together. And Jake plans to meet Taylor in Paris at the beginning of the new year, where she’ll be performing.” A rendezvous in Paris? Ooh la la!
Another source tells us Jake has his sister to thank for his newfound happiness. Apparently, she’s the one who played matchmaker! It only took one meeting between Maggie Gyllenhaal and 20-year-old Taylor for an idea to form in her head.
“Maggie introduced Jake to Taylor. Maggie and Taylor met at a charity event. Maggie thought Taylor was such a sweet girl with a good head on her shoulders. She seemed very down to earth and not at all spoiled or seemed like fame had gone to her head,” a source tells Hollywoodlife.com. “She seemed extremely grounded and very mature for her age. So, Maggie thought she’d be a great match for her brother.”

Looks like sis was right on with her instincts, because our source says that 29-year-old Jake is “so happy” with Ms. Swift. “They are really perfect for each other. He’s in awe of her.”

This isn’t the first time Maggie set up her brother, either. She introduced him to Kirsten Dunst, who Jake dated for 2 years before he dated Reese. And while it took Jake awhile to get over his last love, our source tells us he is finally moving on… and he’s moving on with Taylor. And the “Mine” singer can stop worrying about penning another song like “Dear John” should things with Jake go south.
“He’s not like the other men Taylor has dated. Jake is no John Mayer,” our source insists. “He’s a very sweet and sensitive guy. He treats women with respect.” Source: www.hollywoodlife.com
