"Hallelujah -- Jennifer Aniston is finally changing things up at last! After her most recent film, The Switch, flopped, we couldn’t help but think that Jen needed to take some serious risks with her roles. We’re happy to confirm that she’s doing just by signing on to the Judd Apatow-produced comedy, Wanderlust.

Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston attending 'Object Of My Affection' NYC Screening on 15th April 1998
In the film, which begins shooting this fall, Jen and Paul Rudd play Linda and George, a happily married couple who can no longer afford to live in Manhattan when George loses his job. En route to live with his brother in Atlanta, the pair stop overnight at an inn – which really happens to be a commune – and decide to live their lives as freeloading hippies for awhile. For starters, the 41-year-old actress goes topless! Yup, that’s right – while protesting a new Wal-mart, Jen rips off her shirt to stop a slew of bulldozers! [Linda RUNS into the one already shoveled hole, RIPS OFF HER SHIRT, and stands TOPLESS in front of the bulldozer, reads the script]. Secondly, she takes the term ‘free love’ VERY literally. Not only does she sleep with every other guy on the commune, but she has a threesome with two WOMEN, one of whom happens to be pregnant! Not only that, but she also smokes weed on the regular AND - like her character Kassie Larson in the The Switch - has a baby, but there’s a twist. She may or may not know who the daddy is by movie’s end…
While seeing Jen go wild may be a disconcerting change, we’re stoked that she’s finally got the guts to try something new. Plus, Judd Apatow just might be the man to turn her career around! After all, his movies – like Pineapple Express, Knocked Up and Funny People – are box office gold. And if this doesn’t do the trick, at least Jen can pick up some pointers for Counter-Clockwise, her big screen directorial debut". Source: www.hollywoodlife.com
Along Came Polly:
Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston as Reuben and Polly in "Along came Polly" (2004)
"For a film that is only mildly funny and completely forgettable, it is easily Aniston’s best romantic comedy role. Because it doesn’t have the same recycled plot structure, sexist joke conventions or poor acting, Along Came Polly is at least tolerable to watch. With Stiller, Baldwin and Hoffman in it Aniston still manages to hold her own comedic chops, playing a flaky, scatter brained nut with a few different notes than we’ve seen her play before.
The Good Girl
Jake Gyllenhaal and Jennifer Aniston as Holden and Justine in "THE GOOD GIRL" (2002)
Clive Owen and Jennifer Aniston as Charles and Lucinda in "Derailed" (2005)
With the exception of Derailed it is really her only dramatic role to date, and it is a good one at that. In a story of cross-aged lovers, Aniston plays a Wal-Mart type employee having an affair with a young man that gets complicated when their boss finds out and demands sex not to tell, which really adds some mystery to the ‘who’s the daddy’ suspense. It’s certainly a gimmick, but it’s a good gimmick". Source: cynicritics.com
Justin Theroux at "Tropic Thunder" L.A. Premiere on 11th August, 2008 in Westwood, CA
"While Justin Theroux is writing and preparing to direct Zoolander 2 for Paramount Pictures, he has found time to squeeze in a lead role Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd in "The Object of My Affection" (1998)
in Wanderlust, joining Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston in the David Wain-directed Universal comedy about a couple's attempt to escape the trappings of the city for a counterculture life.
Ben Stiller and Justin Theroux as Alex Rose and Coop in "Duplex" (2003)
While he started out in front of the camera, Theroux is taking acting and writing jobs in equal measure. He just wrapped the villain role in the Universal comedy Your Highness opposite Danny McBride, James Franco and Natalie Portman. He was the sole credited writer on Iron Man 2, a job he got after co-writing Tropic Thunder with Ben Stiller, which led to Zoolander 2". Source: www.deadline.com

Cinematical's Early Picks for Best Actor 2010
“Love & Other Drugs”, directed by Edward Zwick
"This re-teaming of Venice/Toronto premiere “Brokeback Mountain”‘s not-quite-couple Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway is based on Jamie Reidy’s memoir “Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman.” Gyllenhaal plays said Viagra salesman, who meets and falls in love with Hathaway’s character—who has Parkinson’s Disease (cue Oscar buzz). The film’s trailer has proven quite popular and buzz is already quite high. But 20th Century Fox decided to keep audiences away from “Drugs” until its November release (unless it pops up somewhere else, though that seems doubtful)". Source: www.indiewire.com

"There's a young and cocky Viagra salesman (Jake Gyllenhaal, Love and Other Drugs), a young and cocky internet pioneer (Jesse Eisenberg, The Social Network), as well as the young and confused (Andrew Garfield, Never Let Me Go & Keir Gilchrist, It's Kind of a Funny Story). Real-life leftovers from the Dubya years in Jack Abramoff (Kevin Spacey, Casino Jack) and Joe Wilson (Sean Penn, Fair Game). Rebecca Hall and Ben Affleck as Doug MacRay and Claire in "The Town" (2010)

Lindsay Lohan released from rehab to make outpatient therapy
Lindsay Lohan will play troubled pornstarn Linda Lovelace in "Inferno" directed by Matthew Wilder
-What were your initial meetings with her like?
-Matthew Wilder: Lovely. My sense was of someone very shy. Very, very soulful. Someone who has a lot of feelings that just spill out very easily. What I remember most from that first meeting was that I ended it by doing this kind of jive handshake and she said, "You're so ghetto, I love you." Very sweet.
Lindsay Lohan in "Machete" photoshoot
-Since so many people form an image of Lohan from her tabloid appearances, what sorts of things would you want people to know about her from your working relationship so far?
I think she is a giant. And I think time and movies will bear that out. As someone who has marinated in seventies movies all his life, I think I can say Lindsay has a quality that you see in the great actresses of that period--Sissy Spacek, Shelley Duvall, Tuesday Weld.Tuesday Weld Some of the grit of Linda Haynes or Linda Manz. A feeling of life that has been lived, and a really expressive instrument. Just bookmark these words, time and movies will show, in ten years, someone who is really at the top of her game. She will be around when a lot of the little cupcakes who are flavors-of-the-month right now are gone". Source: projectorhasbeendrinking.blogspot.com

Lindsay Lohan Behind The Scenes 'Cameo Stars' Commercial
"Lindsay Lohan was released from the UCLA Medical Center Tuesday night after spending 23 days in the court-mandated rehabilitation center.
Judge Marsha Revel originally ordered Lohan to serve 90 days in the center, but according to TMZ, doctors "felt Lindsay should be released from the facility immediately."
Revel is no longer a part of the Lohan case, and a new probation status hearing is scheduled for Wednesday; Lohan is not required to attend.
The medical report from UCLA shows that the actress was misdiagnosed as having Attention Deficit Disorder and was given Adderall; the report also shows that Lohan was not addicted to cocaine as previously suspected."
