"Twilight" casting, now stars
"One year ago, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and a handful of other “Twilight” stars arrived at the MTV Movie Awards and walked down the red carpet, with most of the world’s press uninterested in speaking with them.
This Sunday night, Rob, Kristen, Kellan, Ashley, Cam, Taylor and others will return to Universal’s Gibson Amphitheatre triumphantly, leading the evening’s attendees with seven nominations. And when director Catherine Hardwicke recently showed us around her Venice home where it all began, she marveled at the difference 12 months can make.Hardwicke has a seat on the aisle, stage right. And she’s ready to do a lot of jumping up and down and shrieking if “Twilight” continues its rags-to-riches story at the MTV Movie Awards. “I think it’s going to be different,” she said of the reception she expects for stars like Pattinson on this year’s red carpet. “Most people, now, know who Robert is. He’s been at the top of the Star Meter on IMdB for a year now — he’s really blown up big.”Hardwicke grinned, she’s looking forward to hearing the possible acceptance speech of Breakthrough Performance nominee Pattinson. “If anyone has dealt with it well, [it’s Robert]. He hasn’t gotten a big head — he takes it with a grain of salt. He sees the absurdity and the humor in it,” she explained. “He’s great with that self-effacing Brit-thing; it’s awesome.”

Twilight for best MTV kiss
Who will reign supreme when hotties Robert Pattinson and Zac Efron battle for the Best Kiss award at the MTV Movie Awards this weekend? (Sure, they’re also up against scenes from Slumdog Millionaire, I Love You Man, Milk and Wanted, but who can really compete with these two leading men?)
When it comes to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s forbidden vampire-on-human kiss, Demirjian was impressed. “I looked at this one a few times, cuz I was like, ‘whoa!’” she laughed. “The kiss was so sexy, just the way their lips were grazing against each other—it wasn’t deep-throat tongue kissing.” Part of the appeal of this silver-screen kiss is the tension, Demirjian said, which gave the eventual smooch “all the perfect makings of suspense and anticipation. And that makes a kiss more desirous.”

"Drag me to hell" by Sam Raimi
The official trailer for the new Sam Raimi Horror Flick, Drag Me To Hell:
"Sam Raimi. Need I say more? Okay, sure the man did the SPIDER-MAN movies, and he also crafted some awesome little flicks like THE GIFT and A SIMPLE PLAN. But many a genre fan will never forget what he did to a mild mannered store clerk who finds himself battling demons and zeroing in on his cool factor. Yes, I am talking about Ash, and of course, THE EVIL DEAD franchise. And while he hasn't returned to that series yet, he does offer up something that will certainly remind fans why he is known for horror with DRAG ME TO HELL.When I sat with him, we talked about the influences with his latest, and of course the earlier films. We talk briefly about another SPIDER MAN, with nothing really new to the story and of course, what is going on with Evil Dead... long story short, not a whole lot. But, DRAG ME TO HELL more than fills up my need for Raimi horror, and it is a pleasure to see him back".
