Fly on the wall

"The script, co-written with Juan Carlos Ros, centers on a wishful TMZ-like reporter, deprived of hip stories and hot girls, who is mystically granted the ability to transform into a fly, so he can peep on anything he desires; a gift that comes with a price to be paid.

Venghaus, through his newly formed Greenbelt Films, imagines a unique take on a human-like fly, utilizing motion capture techniques he garnered from the upcoming Jim Carrey starrer "A Christmas Carol." He is currently on
"Mars Needs Moms!," while McLeod is exec producing Jerry Bruckheimer's "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" helmed by Mike Newell and starring Jake Gyllenhaal.

"We're excited to be working with David and Eric and look forward to a long-standing collaboration," Gupta commented".

Tim Geithner lied to congress

"Try not to be distracted by the creepy-cute guy sitting behind Geithner (who looks like a poor man’s, balding Jude Law - or at least, he would, if it was closing time at Sidetrack’s on a Bailout $2 Beer Friday), who may or may not also be some sort of Orc or Elf, like Geithner himself. 45 seconds into this clip, Geithner not only clearly hears about the $165 million total for the bonuses, but he also later talks about AIG specifically (so we know he was actually listening and paying attention, and not dreaming again, about Jake Gyllenhaal joining the swim team, the way we would have been doing), all on March 3rd…a full week before Geithner and the White House claim they knew anything about what they specifically told Chris Dodd to slip into the Obama Trillion Dollar Spending Bill".

At a March 3rd Ways and Means hearing, Secretary Geithner responded to a question about the AIG bonuses to be paid for in weeks. This hearing came one week before Secretary Geithner says that he knew about the bonuses.

Reese bought a pig

"Reese Witherspoon has been refusing to marry one of the most handsome men in the world, Jake Gyllenhaal, for months now but she's quite happy to share her home with a pig!

The Sweet Home Alabama actress revealed that buying her daughter Ava a pet pig has also meant a few changes to their diet: "His name’s Booker T. Washington - my daughter is studying American history. She won’t eat pork, she won’t eat bacon, and I have to be very careful with what I eat."

Lindsay Lohan in Nylon & Fornarina video

Her one Mean Girls reference:
There’s not much I can do about the fact that I’ve become a kind of tabloid obsession. I can’t change that. And yes, the websites, the gossip pages, and all of that stuff have hurt my career – they’re like the Burn Books of Hollywood… but I really don’t feel like I should have to prove myself to anyone because of living out my college years in the public eye. I’m glad everything happened the way it did.
On her future:
I'm talking to [lots of people]. One is Sean Penn – I spoke to him again the other day. We’re trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won’t call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you’re reading this!

R.I.P. Nathasha Richardson

"New York’s medical examiner's office is scheduled to conduct a post mortem on Natasha Richardson today, in a bid to solve the mystery surrounding her death.

The news came as it was revealed Broadway theatres will dim their lights in tribute to the British actress.

The 45-year-old suffered a head injury after a fall during a private lesson Monday at a ski resort in Quebec, Canada.

Ms Richardson was seemingly fine after she fell, but about an hour later, she complained that she didn't feel well. Three days later she was dead.
Her husband Liam Neeson and the couple's sons, Daniel, 13, and Micheál, 12, together with other members of the Redgrave theatrical dynasty, had been at Ms Richardson's hospital bedside in New York when the decision was taken to switch off her life support machine.

Broadway theaters will dim their lights this evening in honor of Richardson. Theatr emarquees will be dimmed for one minute at 8pm, the traditional starting time for evening performances of Broadway shows.

'The Broadway community is shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic loss of one of our finest young actresses, Natasha Richardson. Her theatrical lineage is legendary, but her own singular talent shined memorably on any stage she appeared,' said Charlotte St. Martin, executive director of The Broadway League, the trade organisation for Broadway theaters and producers.
Sam Mendes, who directed the Broadway musical 'Cabaret' for which Richardson won a Tony, said, 'It defies belief that this gifted, brave, tenacious, wonderful woman is gone.'

Actress Judi Dench told the BBC that Richardson was 'a really great actress' who had 'an incredibly luminous quality, that you seldom see, and a great sense of humor.'

'It's just so shocking, really shocking, and I hope that everybody leaves the family quietly to somehow pick up the pieces,' Dench said.

'She was a wonderful woman and actress and treated me like I was her own', said".
