"There are said to be nude photos of Anne Hathaway among the effects seized by the FBI in their raid of her boyfriend’s hidden storage space. Hathaway’s boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri, was arrested late last month on federal charges of money laundering and fraud after an elaborate scheme in which he bilked investors out of millions. He claimed to be the CFO of the Vatican and told investors he could get Catholic land in the US at bargain basement prices. Follieri hired church officials to accompany him to meetings and bribed Vatican employees to help him pull off the scheme. Hathaway broke it off with Follieri after his arrest and he is said to be desperate to try and get back in touch with her.
Hathaway’s effects, including her personal diaries, were among the items confiscated by the FBI in their search for evidence in the case against Follieri. Now it seems that nude photos of the actress taken by her ex were also found. Her brother was seen trying to retrieve items from the storage which the FBI had raided the day before, and it’s possible he was looking specifically for those pictures. Hathaway appeared topless in Brokeback Mountain, so it’s not like her image will be ruined if these are average nude photos and they get out. Maybe the FBI will keep them safe though and she doesn’t have much to worry about". Source: www.celebitchy.com

Mark Ruffalo and Jake at "Zodiac" Cannes Film Festival Premiere.
"Mark Ruffalo will make his feature directing debut on "Sympathy for Delicious."
Ruffalo will star with James Franco and Chris Thornton. Production begins this fall in Los Angeles, and the pic is fully financed by new company Corner Store Entertainment.
Thornton, who wrote the script, plays "Delicious" Dean O'Dwyer, a paralyzed DJ struggling to survive in his wheelchair on the streets of L.A. He turns to faith-healing and mysteriously acquires the ability to cure the sick -- although not himself. Ruffalo plays a Jesuit priest who tries to help him come to terms with the limits of his gift, and Franco a rock singer in a band that exploits the suddenly famous healer.
Pic will be produced by Andrea Sperling, Matthew Weaver, Scott Prissand, Ruffalo and Thornton, with Robert Stein and Joanne Jacobson exec producers.
The film is being financed by Corner Store Entertainment, a venture of Weaver and Prisand, who've quietly financed two other pics over the past several months and raised the coin to bankroll a slate of moderately priced films over the next three years.
Weaver, son of former Paramount marketing exec Gordon Weaver, has credits that include "The Heartbreak Kid" remake, the doc "Surfwise" and "Pretty Persuasion." Prissand has produced several stage musicals, including "Legally Blonde."

"A scholarship fund benefiting struggling Australian actors has been established in late star Heath Ledger's memory.
Gregor Jordan, who befriended Ledger while directing him in 1999's Two Hands, announced the fund's formation at Thursday night's Australians in Film Breakthrough Awards in Beverly Hills.
Jordan, who also directed Ledger in 2003's Ned Kelly, told guests Ledger's spirit had inspired the foundation, as he was once just "your old, broke Aussie actor" struggling to make a name for himself.
But after earning his first significant paycheque, the Perth, Australia native immediately went "into a bar (to) buy everyone a round of drinks."
The director said, "It is that generosity that somehow sums Heath up. When he had nothing, he still found a way to give to others."
Jordan admitted the details of the scholarship at this point remain "a little sketchy" but did pronounce the first benefactor would be Ledger's former girlfriend, Michelle Williams - the mother of Ledger's two-year-old daughter Matilda Rose.
He added: "It's going to involve a number of benefactors and there's been a lot of interest already. "I was talking to Michelle Williams, his partner and the mother of his child, today and Michelle has said she would be very proud and happy to be the first benefactor."
A letter written by Ledger's father Kim, who could not attend, was read aloud, stating: "We know that Heath would be proud of his attachment to this scholarship.
"(It) does what Heath has done personally during the last 10 years, (supporting) Australian actors, singers, directors or writers who seek to supply their talents to the U.S.A."
"Reese Witherspoon's son given Batman memorabilia by Jake Gyllenhaal's sister.
Reese asked boyfriend Jake to see if his sister Maggie could get any memorabilia from the set of new Batman movie 'The Dark Knight', for her four-year-old son Deacon. Deacon - Reese's son from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe - was said to be "thrilled" by the action figures and copy of the script Maggie got for him. A friend of Reese said: "Deacon is quite the Batman fan. Deacon has been waiting for 'The Dark Knight' to come out, although Reese was worried that it was too dark for him to watch at his age. "He was thrilled with Maggie's presents." Source: www.thebosh.com
"Reese Witherspoon has reportedly come up with a set of house rules that boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal must follow.
The Brokeback Mountain actor moved into Witherspoon's Los Angeles home last month and according to Star, the actress insisted on composing a series of strict rules for her boyfriend.
An insider said: "Reese believes in wide-open communication, and she discussed at length with him what is best for her household.
"Some of [the things she insists on] are run-of-the-mill. He has to take off his shoes when he's in the house; trash must be taken out when the can is three-quarters full; and no feet on the coffee table."
The source added that Witherspoon has clamped down on Gyllenhaal's swearing: "Jake used to swear like a sailor, but not anymore. If he does, he has to apologise." Source: www.digitalspy.co.uk
