JAKE WEIRD

23 Comments:
so good chemistry between Jake and Jamie! she is really godmother
Jake is known for giving off sparks with mature women, mature attractive women.
it's so sweet to watch jake and jamie together
hahaha, kendra....that was good!
In France there is tradition of such kind of relationship, unfortunately this good tradition is not accepted easily by the others
There are significant different costumes between Mediterranean countries as France or Spain and the U.S., but for Jake is very natural approaching women inside his family.
Speaking of scary...that movie channel I was telling you about (the website)TCM?
Tonight they are re-running old Dick Cavett shows...and his guest tonight is Alfred Hitchcock 1972....Cavett's interviews are so great, for they are relaxed and not interrupted by commericals as often as todays broadcasts.
Kendra I wish you could see this , as I know you are a movie buff.
I looked on Youtube to see if I could show you a clip from the Hitchcock show?...but no luck :(
But I did find this!, which you might enjoy?...Groucho Marx - singing his famous song -"Lydia the Tattooed Lady" ;)
^^sorry forgot to post the http!

Kendra I wish you could see this , as I know you are a movie buff I wish I could, Simon, but who knows, in Spain you can connect through an international channels packet and maybe in the future... although you may know I don't usually watch T.V. because I don't have any! Sometimes I watch some in my neighbour's house. I found a "Grouchesque" quote from Dick Cavett:
"If your parents never had children, chances are you won't, either."
All the Hitchcock related suspense shows are often great, in Spain it was regularly broadcasted a show "Alfred Hitchcok presenta". I remember a chapter (there were shorts films directed by Hitchcock) when Barbara Eden's character killed her husband with a turkey, and the police investiganting the case ate the proof of the murder, I don't remember its title.
But I did find this!, which you might enjoy?. Groucho singing Fabulous, Simon, I'm a Groucho freak, so welcome all his crazy songs in Jake Weird, thanks!!
Damn, I'll repost your link, it's so funny clip Lydia the tattooed lady
Kendra, you said Jake is known for giving off sparks with mature women.
I coudn't agree more. In fact I've said as much before. I'm not saying he should get with a woman as old as Jaime - unless he wants to - but I definitely think he should open his horizon and take a look around at all the great older women. He might find one he fancies.
I guess I just like things out of the ordinary. Jake is no ordinary man. So why should he have and ordinary relationship? Just my opinion and it doesn't have anything to do with me being an older woman.....Oh, yes it does!
Oh, yes it does! One of the things of you I appreciate most, Dani, is your persistent sincerity.
He might find one he fancies.
I'm older than Jake too, and although he isn't an ordinary man, as you say, it would be improbable he fancied me, but I don't mind. I've already found that person.
"If your parents never had children, chances are you won't, either."
Kendra I saw that quote last night. I loved it too...I thought it would be great for PG's Overpopulation Blog!
A. Hitchcock trivia...as he enjoyed playing jokes on people...
1)Gave a dinner party with all blue food...chicken bread...etc. dyed blue. No explaination given to guests.
I thought it would be great for PG's Overpopulation Blog!
She will like it, it's so on topic with The O.P.
Hitchcock trivia...as he enjoyed playing jokes on people...
I am a trivia collector, specially of Hitchcok, was he a misantrophe or what? Poor Tippi Hedren, when Alfred was obsessed with her and made a small toy coffin with a doll exactly like her, and how he supposedly tortured her shooting the infamous scene of "The birds" when in the ending lots of birds attacked her in the roof of the house. Aaah!
Kendra? When you have a chance (no hurry or anything)....could you show me how to post a link button?....Msg me at JW board... Thanks
I know I have to bracket the http with something ??? does Blogger have a page you can send me to ,showing how?
Thanks,Simon

Try it again, Simon, but this time not putting words in brackets!
Try this:
Oprah Standoff
HOOOORAHH, Simon!! Today you have entered in a new phase. Haha, the South Park clip not for the sensitive souls, the penis/pistol was priceless.
Wild huh? I remember seeing it on TV...I was changing the channels. (I don't watch South Park as a rule)
and I came across that!
Someone has posted it on Youtube.
No it's not for the faint of heart.
I remember a chapter (there were shorts films directed by Hitchcock) when Barbara Eden's character killed her husband with a turkey
Well, it wasn't a turkey, but a lamb, and not Barbara Eden, the murderer in the "Alfred Hitchcock presents" episode titled "Lamb to the slaughter" (1958) was Barbara Bel Geddes. I found it in Imdb.
Maybe the lamb reminded Alfred of a turkey?....
Then a few years later, "The Birds" was hatched. :)
It's possible, Simon, what is true is that his suspense T.V. serie episodes weren't "turkeys" at all ;)
