Sexual Rendition

"Ok maybe I should say make-out scene, not full on sex scene...it's like the second or third scene in the movie. Jake wakes up, shirtless and sweaty, goes to find his hot woman (I honestly don't remember if she even had a name? Regardless, she's Moroccan and really hot) who has just gotten out of the shower, and is wearing just a towel. They exchange some sort of pleasantries, then he pulls her against him, up against the bathroom door. They start kissing, and he runs his hand up under her towel just under her ass, lifting her thigh up and just barely around him, and they make out." Source: community.livejournal.com/ohnotheydidnt

Maggie replaces Kate Moss

"Maggie Gyllenhaal is to replace Kate Moss as the new face of sexy lingerie firm Agent Provocateur. The SherryBaby star will appear in the first episode of the forthcoming publicity campaign, and two more episodes will follow with as-yet-unnamed stars.

The 29-year-old actress will star in an online short film - when Kate did the same last year, the frenzy of fans logging on to watch her crashed the company's website. The Golden Globe-nominated star, sister to actor Jake Gyllenhaal, is best-known for her quirky role in "Secretary", playing a personal assistant who enjoyed being spanked by her boss. She and actor Peter Sarsgaard have a baby daughter, named Ramona, who was born last October. The couple, who got together after co-starring in low-budget 2003 flick "In God's Hands", are due to marry. Kate's contract expires next month and the new campaign will launch on September 1." "Kate Moss gets dumped again"

"It's been a tough couple of weeks for Kate Moss.
First she finally calls it a day on her turbulent relationship with Pete Doherty following lurid tales of his infidelity, and now the supermodel has been replaced as the face of Agent Provocateur by a relatively unknown American actress.

And contrary to recent reports British model Daisy Lowe would be the face of the lingerie brand, the task has fallen to Maggie Gylleenhaal - possibly better known for being Jake's older sister."

Beautiful Legs

And as a homage to the lovely Nora Zehetner, whose legs are worthy of a dreamy femme fatale, here it's a video-collage about her:

Promises, Promises

"Jake Gyllenhaal has shown he can belt a tune on a number of public occasions, although usually with a campy falsetto that lets you know he's not giving up his day job any time to soon. He's chirped a castrati cover of the Bee Gees "Night Fever" at both the Cannes and Palm Springs Film Festivals, warbled with Zooey Deschanel at the Sundance Awards and incited major traffic jams on You Tube with his full-throttle drag version of "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" on Saturday Night Live.

While "Dreamgirls" may not send Gyllenhaal to Broadway, "Promises, Promises" might be the ticket. Next month, the 26-year-old actor is slated to do an invitational New York reading of the 1968 musical hit with a score by Burt Bacharach and Hal David and book by Neil Simon. With newly minted shows, such informal readings are intended to give playwrights a chance to hear how their material plays. With proven vehicles such as "Promises, Promises," it indicates that producers are looking to stir up backer interest for a major production.

"Promises, Promises", based on Billy Wilder's Oscar-winning dramedy "The Apartment" has yet to have a fully-staged revival on Broadway. In 1997, it received staged readings at New York's Encores series and L.A.s corresponding Reprise series. Martin Short and Jason Alexander, respectively, filled the Jerry Orbach role (originated in the film by Jack Lemmon) of C.C. Baxter, a corporate drone who gets ahead by lending out his apartment to philandering executives. It is not to be confused with the 1963movie "Promises, Promises", in which Jayne Mansfield sheds her protective covering and has a close encounter with a male Mansfield impersonator." - Jan Stuart.
