Is All Over Now?

"'Marie Antoinette' star Kirsten Dunst has blamed "the business" for ruining her relationship with actor Jake Gyllenhaal. Kirsten Dunst blames her split from Jake Gyllenhaal on work pressures.

She told In Style magazine: "We tried to be honest with each other and work it out but it is hard to have a relationship in this business."
Source Msn Entertainment.

It seems that Kirsten chose to date herself in the business. Oh, sad news and sad times for nostalgics of Jake and Kiki. Sad, sad, sad.

"You must leave now, take what you need, you think will last.
But whatever you wish to keep, you better grab it fast.
Yonder stands your orphan with his gun,
Crying like a fire in the sun.
Look out the saints are comin' through
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

The highway is for gamblers, better use your sense.
Take what you have gathered from coincidence.
The empty-handed painter from your streets
Is drawing crazy patterns on your sheets.
This sky, too, is folding under you
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

All your seasick sailors, they are rowing home.
All your reindeer armies, are all going home.
The lover who just walked out your door
Has taken all his blankets from the floor.
The carpet, too, is moving under you
And it's all over now, Baby Blue.

Leave your stepping stones behind, something calls for you.
Forget the dead you've left, they will not follow you.
The vagabond who's rapping at your door
Is standing in the clothes that you once wore.
Strike another match, go start anew
And it's all over now, Baby Blue."

"IT'S ALL OVER NOW, BABY BLUE" (song by Bob Dylan)

Yeah Kendra, they probably are finished (there would be no reason for them to not be seen together if they were a couple, right?!). Guess it makes some people happy - on to the next girl they can dislike (to put it mildly!).
By the way, one of my favorite Bob Dylan songs (I saw BD in concert here a year ago and it was a big disappointment - it was like he had made a big melting pot of all his songs - really strange - he was one minute into 'Masters of War' before I realized what he was singing..! Very strange experience and kind of sad.

Terrible video, jng. He sounded really upset, saying "it's just not funny anymore".
About Bob Dylan, he is a genius but a total egomaniac and he often destroys his own classic repertoire, I attended a concert of him in Barcelona in 1999 and I was pretty disappointed too.

gr77, more and more I think in their love story as a mad teenager romance, that kind almost all of us live when we are younger, and you always remember although you try to forget.

Maybe not? From Gawker.com:

Evening of October 17. I was at the Hennessy event and got to meet hottie Jason Schwartzman, who was very gracious and charming in person if shorter than I'd imagined. He spent most of the evening making the rounds with Kirsten Dunst, who for some reason kept going back and forth between him and Jake Gyllenhaal. It goes without saying that if I were her I wouldn't have left Jason's side for a minute, but that's neither here nor there. Guess I shouldn't complain too much as at least with Jason and her it looked like promotional work only, not so with the latter. Whenever I looked over at them he seemed very focused on her and at one point it looked like they were briefly and discreetly holding hands under the table. So YES! My Jason fantasies need not be put away yet ha ha.

And to clear up any confusion, they are talking about Jake and Kristen holding hands! Although how do you explain brunette girl (And no, I don't think she is his new PA).

Thanks, Anon 10:45, I had already read this article from Gawker.com (a site which I visit regularly), but my heart doesn't resist well these ups and downs. Their on/off relationship has caused me a chronic headache, I think a HW actor/star is an absorbing profession, while Kirsten was compelled to a successful career from a tender age, Jake isn't so focused on showbiz circuit as she is (he is fond of cooking, reading, sports, etc.)

Jason Schwartzman always came across to me as ugly/weird. I'm glad Kirsten isn't linked sentimentally to him. I'd rather choose Andy Samberg for her.

well, i think jason is a very good actor but ,completely superficially talking, he's the definition of ugly imo
